MyTattoo.site is a directory platform that helps users discover tattoo shops and artists across the United States, and allows shop owners to list and manage their businesses, portfolios, and profiles.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Shop Listings & Content

Shop owners grant MyTattoo.site a non-exclusive license to display listing content (including images, descriptions, and contact details) for the purpose of operating the directory. You represent that you have the rights to all content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

5. Verified Badge & Features

Verified badges and premium features may be offered subject to eligibility and payment terms. We reserve the right to revoke verification or features for misrepresentation or policy violations.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the Service, scrape data without permission, post false or misleading listings, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, branding, and platform software are owned by MyTattoo.site or its licensors. User-submitted listing content remains owned by the submitter, subject to the license above.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, availability of shops, or outcomes of any engagement arranged through the directory. Use of tattoo services is at your own risk and subject to local laws and the shop’s own policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTattoo.site shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
